How to use trending keywords from a keyword content generator

Tired of thinking about what to write next for your blog post?

If you own a business, write content or do online marketing;

  1. You want people to find your site
  2. Read your content
  3. and click on something

The most important part is #2. (The most rewarding is part #3 and #1 won’t come without #2).

But do you know what to write about so that readers and customers will click on your post in the first place?

Use a keyword generator!

This is where a keyword content generator can help you big time. It is one of those tools that you probably have and didn’t know about.

The great news is, if you are a SEO Content Machine user, you have a keyword generator tool as part of the program.

If you aren’t, then no problem.

There are many free keyword content generators available on the Internet such as:

Input and output keywords

Most keyword generators return a permutation of your input keyword.

For example, if you enter “keyword” or “key word,” the output would include: Keyword, keyword tool and keyword list.

The keyword list is normally scrapped from a keyword source such as Google adwords tool, Google suggest or Yahoo search tool.

From one initial keyword term, the keyword content generator will find 100s if not 1000s of related keywords.

Scraping online keyword sources allows you to discover real user provided long-tail keywords.

Typically the keywords you get are the same ones you see in search engine autocomplete lists.

Not just keywords

The generated keywords are provided by real people as they search for content.

This is important!

People search for what they want and are interested in.

If you were to write an article providing information for that keyword, you can draw traffic into your site.

If a user is searching for “dog training ebooks

You can write an article about:

  1. Top 10 dog training ebooks
  2. My review about “101 dog training” ebook
  3. New dog training ebooks for 2015

Each of those articles are excellent ways to provide information to an already hungry audience.

By writing about articles using keyword research as your base you:

  • Write content that people are interested about
  • Write content that is relevant to users Today.
  • Allow you to discover related topics to your main keyword.

It’s all about long tail keywords

What is a long tail keyword?

Generally any keyword that by itself has a small amount of users searching it per month.

Maybe only 10-20 people a month search for content using that keyword. As opposed to a large niche keyword that 10,000 people search A DAY.

Why long tail?

As the number of searches per month per keyword is lowered, the competition for that keyword is DRASTICALLY lowered as well.

You can just about write a targeted article about the keyword and start ranking and pulling in traffic immediately with almost no link building or sharing.

However, you will only get 10-20 users reading that article per month. Not exactly a super star blog. BUT wait, what if you wrote 100 of those types of articles.

Suddenly you could be looking at 1000-2000 readers per month. Not so shabby now is it?

Where do I find long tail keywords?

Any keyword generation tool can find you long tail keywords.

A really awesome one may even tell you how many searches per month that term provides.

However, I would not focus specifically on targeting low search term keywords first.

Instead: Forget all that and focus on writing articles one at a time FOR ALL KEYWORDS in that brand spanking keyword list.

It’s not such an unfeasible task.

Most keywords are duplicates of each other and most keywords can be grouped into a single idea.

The traffic, clicks and money will come in time.

Remember, Content is King.

(and Keyword tools will tell you where to start)
