SCM now remembers your window state

Between closing and opening SCM, it would always restart with a default window size and position.

I have added code now to remember your custom window size and position between restarts.

It will also remember if the window was maximized and restore it accordingly.

A small change but one that makes it easier to work with SCM moving forward.
