Import/export project settings

You can now easily import and export project settings between different installs of SCM.

If you are setting up a new machine, there is always the backup/restore as well.

NB Project exports only settings, no custom content files and no article templates. Your other machine must have the files copied or the project will fail.

When you select a task, the export task button will appear in the task log header section.

Click on this to select a location to export the project settings.

A *.project file will be saved to your hard drive.

If you open this file, its a simple JSON data dump of the project settings. Exactly the same as if you was to use the SCM API get data call.

To import a project, click on the import link.

If the import is successful you will get a notification message.
